Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep ruby color with violet reflections, hinting at both freshness and structure. The nose is layered and vibrant, with bright red cherry, raspberry, and blackberry lifted by subtle spice, black pepper, and a faint herbal edge. The palate is fresh and lively, yet refined, with silky tannins and a well-defined acidity that carries the wine with energy and length. Fruit and spice are in graceful balance, giving it immediate appeal now while also suggesting excellent aging potential over the next several years.

Production
Quatr Nas is sourced from selected parcels in the Langhe, where careful vineyard management and low yields help ensure concentration, balance, and purity of fruit. The winemaking is precise and controlled, followed by 24 to 30 months of aging in small oak barrels, then further maturation in cement and bottle to build complexity and structure.

Food & Serving
This wine pairs beautifully with roasted meats, game, braised beef, mushroom dishes, and rich pasta recipes with truffle or meat ragù. Serve it at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for 30 to 60 minutes if enjoying it young, to allow the aromatics and structure to open fully.
