Rocca Sveva Nottefonda 2020 is sourced from hillside vineyards in Veneto, where well-drained, mixed soils and significant diurnal temperature shifts help preserve aromatics and freshness in the grapes. The fruit is typically harvested at optimal ripeness to balance richness and acidity, with careful selection to ensure only healthy, concentrated bunches are used. In the cellar, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks to capture pure fruit expression, followed by maturation in a combination of stainless steel and oak, allowing the wine to gain complexity, structure and gentle spice without overshadowing its regional character.
