Tasting Notes
Pale straw in color with golden highlights, it shows a bright and inviting appearance in the glass. The nose opens with fruity aromas, lifted by spicy accents and a subtle mineral nuance that adds complexity and a distinctly Burgundian character. On the palate, the wine is fresh, tasty, and nicely balanced, with a clean, mouthwatering finish that encourages another sip. Its lively structure and mineral edge suggest good drinking now, while still offering enough poise to develop a little more nuance over the next couple of years.
