In the glass, it shows a clear ruby-red colour. The nose is bright and inviting, with aromas of cherry, raspberry, and a subtle touch of spice. The palate is juicy, supple, and refined, with soft tannins, lively freshness, and a clean, elegant finish. This is a wine built for immediate enjoyment rather than long aging, though it will hold its fruit-forward charm well over the next couple of years.

Serve slightly chilled at around 14-16°C. It pairs beautifully with charcuterie, roast chicken, grilled salmon, mushroom dishes, and simple bistro fare. Decanting is not necessary, though a short aeration can help open up the aromas.
