Made by the Loire-based Villebois team, it focuses on freshness, structure, and the silky charm Pinot Noir is known for, offering a more vinous alternative to soft drinks or juice-based aperitifs.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, this is a delicate, classic Pinot Noir style with a bright, inviting ruby tone. The nose opens with red berry aromas of strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant, and cherry, bringing plenty of freshness and lift. On the palate, it is juicy, smooth, and easy to enjoy, with Pinot Noir’s familiar silky texture giving the wine a rounded feel. The balance of fruit and freshness makes it feel lively rather than heavy, and while it’s best enjoyed for its youthful appeal, it is designed to be drunk now for maximum freshness.

Raisin’s alcohol-free red wine is made from Pinot Noir, chosen specifically for its natural balance of structure and freshness, which helps preserve character after de-alcoholisation. The project comes from Villebois in the Loire, where the team has built the range around the idea that alcohol-free wine should still taste like wine, with enough brightness and definition to stay interesting once the alcohol is removed.

Food & Serving
Serve lightly chilled at 12–14°C. It works well with lighter lunch dishes, charcuterie, salads with roasted poultry, mild cheeses, or simply as an aperitif when you want something more complex than a soft drink. Decanting is not necessary.

Raisin is the alcohol-free wine project of Loire producer Villebois, created after the strong success of their first white wine showed real potential for a broader range. The brand has since expanded into a dedicated series of alcohol-free wines, positioning itself as a serious modern player in the category with a clear focus on quality, freshness, and authentic wine character.
