Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Zinfandel shows a deep, dark ruby core with generous concentration. The nose is bursting with dark cherry, raspberry, cola candy and a lift of Asian spice, giving it plenty of personality from the first pour. The palate follows with layers of ripe dark and red berries, supported by a subtle mineral, stony finish that keeps the wine from feeling too plush. Petite Sirah and Graciano add depth, backbone and a touch of grip, making this a hearty, lively red with good short- to medium-term aging potential.

Production
The fruit comes from Paso Robles, where warm days and cool nights create ideal conditions for Zinfandel: full ripeness, excellent concentration and enough freshness to preserve balance. The long growing season allows the grapes to develop intensity without losing structure, resulting in a wine with both power and poise. Petite Sirah and Graciano are blended in to add color, complexity and frame.

Food & Serving
This is a natural match for barbecue favorites such as pulled pork, brisket and spareribs, especially with a rich, smoky sauce. It also works well with grilled sausages, spice-rubbed ribs and roasted meats. Serve slightly cool, around 16–18°C, and decant for 30–60 minutes if you want to open up the fruit and spice.
