Production
Made in Veneto, this grappa is based on traditional Italian pomace spirit production and then enriched with liquorice root from Amarelli in Calabria, one of the most respected names in liquorice cultivation. Liquorice has been valued since antiquity, and its addition gives the spirit a historic botanical dimension alongside the clean distillation style associated with Poli.

Food & Serving
Serve slightly chilled or at cool room temperature as a digestif. It pairs well with dark chocolate, almond pastries, dried fruit, or even after a rich meal as a fragrant closing pour. Decanting is not necessary.
