Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass with a bright, luminous sheen, this Vermentino opens with lifted aromas of citrus, ripe peach, and a generous floral bouquet. There is also a delicate touch of oak in the background, adding nuance without overshadowing the wine’s lively fruit. On the palate, it is intense and focused, with crisp acidity bringing energy and freshness to the wine’s fuller, riper fruit profile. Peach and citrus are the dominant flavors, supported by a subtle creamy depth and mineral tension. Drink now for its vivid aromatic appeal, though it has enough structure to develop gracefully over the next few years.

Production
The grapes come from limestone and marl soils at around 100 meters above sea level, in a temperate Mediterranean climate that suits Vermentino exceptionally well. The vines average about 20 years of age, and the fruit is harvested with care to preserve freshness and aromatic precision. Vinification is split between used small oak barrels for half the must, adding texture and complexity, while the other half is aged in steel tanks to retain purity and brightness.

Food & Serving
This wine is an excellent match for fish, shellfish, and other seafood dishes, especially when served with simple herbs, citrus, or light cream sauces. It also pairs beautifully with soft cheeses. Serve chilled at around 10–12°C, and decanting is not necessary unless you wish to let the wine open up a little more in the glass.
