Piot-Sévilliano Provocante, Le Temps Pour Elle is a characterful Pinot Meunier-led Champagne from a family estate in the Vallée de la Marne. Crafted with a focus on purity, fruit and freshness, it reflects the house style of Piot-Sévillano: expressive, rounded and quietly distinctive.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, expect a bright, inviting Champagne with a lively mousse and a pale golden hue. The nose leans toward ripe orchard fruit, pear, apple and white peach, lifted by subtle floral notes and a gentle brioche or pastry nuance. On the palate, Pinot Meunier brings softness and generosity, giving the wine a supple, fruit-forward feel balanced by crisp freshness. It finishes clean and harmonious, with enough structure to drink beautifully now and the potential to hold its charm over the next few years.

Production
Piot-Sévillano works from its own 8 hectares in Vincelles, in the Vallée de la Marne, where the terroir is especially well suited to Pinot Meunier. The family has farmed without pesticides for the past 20 years, using organic fertiliser, collecting rainwater and keeping sulphite usage very low. Vinification follows a minimal-intervention, terroir-driven approach aimed at preserving freshness, texture and the natural fruit expression of the grapes.

Food & Serving
This Champagne is a versatile partner at the table, especially with charcuterie, roast chicken, mushroom dishes, creamy soft cheeses or seafood like scallops and prawns. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.

Champagne Piot-Sévillano is a family-run estate led by Christine Scher-Sevillano and Vincent, who returned to the family home in Vincelles to continue and evolve the domaine’s work. With annual production of around 60,000 bottles from estate-grown fruit, the house is known for its fruit-driven, rounded style and its commitment to sustainable viticulture, including HVE3 certification. Their recent “Les Caractérielles” range further underlines their focus on the individuality of Champagne’s key grape varieties.
