Piot-Sévilliano Impertinente Pinot Noir is a characterful Pinot Noir Champagne from a family estate rooted in the Vallée de la Marne. Made by Piot-Sévillano, it reflects the house style of ripe fruit, finesse, and a thoughtful blend of tradition and modern, sustainable winemaking.

Tasting Notes
Pale gold in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse, this cuvée shows Pinot Noir’s signature depth and delicacy. Expect aromas of red berries, citrus peel, fresh pastry, and a subtle touch of spice. The palate is rounded and expressive, with juicy red fruit, crisp freshness, and a supple texture that gives the wine plenty of charm. It finishes clean and lively, with enough structure to enjoy now and the balance to develop gracefully over the next few years.

Production
Sourced from estate vineyards in Vincelles in the Vallée de la Marne, the wine comes from Pinot Noir grown on Champagne’s chalk- and clay-influenced soils, which help balance fruit richness with mineral freshness. The estate farms sustainably, without pesticides, with organic fertilization, rainwater collection, and minimal sulfur use, and is HVE3 certified. Harvesting is done by hand, and vinification follows a careful, low-intervention approach designed to preserve purity and varietal expression.

This Champagne is a versatile partner for charcuterie, roast chicken, salmon, mushroom dishes, or lightly spiced Asian cuisine. Serve chilled at 8-10°C, and decanting is not necessary; simply open and enjoy to preserve its lively mousse and freshness.

Champagne Piot-Sévilliano is a family-owned house in Vincelles, in the heart of the Vallée de la Marne. Christine Scher-Sevillano and her husband Vincent returned to the family estate to continue and evolve the domaine’s work, combining heritage with a modern approach to sustainability. Today, the estate produces around 60,000 bottles annually from its own vineyards and is known for its fruit-driven, generous style and its growing range of single-varietal cuvées.
