Tasting Notes
Expect a bright, lively Champagne with a fine mousse and a pale golden hue. On the nose, it leans into ripe orchard fruit, red berry notes, and subtle brioche-like complexity, while the palate is supple and approachable, balancing freshness with a мягкий, rounded texture and a dry, moreish finish. This is a Champagne designed for immediate pleasure, but it should also hold nicely over the next few years, gaining a little extra complexity while keeping its fruit-forward charm.

Production
Sourced from the family’s vineyards in Vincelles in the Vallée de la Marne, the wine benefits from the region’s cool climate and clay-limestone soils, which are well suited to Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. Piot-Sévillano farms sustainably, with no pesticide use for over 20 years, organic fertilization, rainwater collection, and HVE3 certification. Harvested from estate-grown grapes, the wine is vinified in a style that emphasizes freshness, roundness, and expressive fruit, with minimal sulfur used in the cellar.

This Champagne is a versatile partner at the table, ideal with canapés, charcuterie, roast chicken, sushi, or creamy soft cheeses. Serve chilled at 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.

Champagne Piot-Sévillano is a family-run estate in Vincelles, La Vallée de la Marne, where Christine Scher-Sévillano and her husband Vincent have continued the work of the family house with a balance of tradition and innovation. The estate produces around 60,000 bottles annually from its own vineyards and is known for its fruit-forward, rounded style as well as its commitment to environmentally conscious viticulture. With its sustainable practices and growing range of single-varietal cuvées, Piot-Sévillano has established itself as a respected name in the region.
