Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a bright ruby hue that hints at its freshness and purity. The nose is lifted and refined, with aromas of red cherry, rose petal, wild berries, and a subtle earthy-spicy edge that is so characteristic of Nebbiolo. On the palate, it is harmonious and well-balanced, with a measured alcohol level, polished tannins, and a lively, graceful structure. The finish should feel clean and persistent, with enough depth to develop beautifully over the next few years, though it is also very enjoyable in its youth.
