Made from 100% Barbera in Piedmont, this wine comes from vineyards shaped by the region’s classic terroir and Piero Busso’s focus on expressing place with clarity. Fermentation and maceration take place in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and purity of fruit, followed by about a year of aging in wooden barrels of varying sizes, which adds texture and complexity without overwhelming the varietal character.

Food & Serving
Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting briefly if opened young to let the aromas open up. It pairs beautifully with roasted poultry, pasta with rich tomato sauces, grilled meats, cured meats, and medium-aged cheeses.
