Tasting Notes
In the glass, Petrus 2003 typically shows a deep, dark ruby core with some early garnet development at the rim. On the palate, it is plush and expansive, with velvety tannins, impressive richness, and remarkable length. Production
Petrus comes from the famed Pomerol plateau in Bordeaux, where clay-rich soils are especially well suited to Merlot.
