On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied with a polished, velvety texture. Grapes are typically harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, with careful selection in the vineyard and at the winery to ensure only the best bunches are used. After a temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve aromatics and varietal character, the wine is aged (often in a combination of stainless steel and oak, with a measured use of barrels) to integrate tannins and build complexity without overwhelming the fruit, resulting in a polished, modern Tuscan blend.
