Au Paradis sits in the heart of Oakville AVA, one of Napa Valley’s most prized Cabernet Sauvignon appellations, where warm daytime sunshine and cooling influences help produce ripe fruit with balance and precision. The vineyard is planted to a minimum of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Cabernet Franc, and the wine is matured for 18 months in French oak barrels. The combination of exceptional site, careful harvesting, and classic Bordeaux-inspired vinification gives the wine its depth, structure, and aromatic complexity.

Food & Serving
This Cabernet Sauvignon is a natural match for grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef tenderloin, or braised short ribs, as well as aged hard cheeses. Serve it at around 16–18°C, and if opening it young, decant for 1–2 hours to allow the wine’s aromas and tannins to open up fully.
