Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a golden hue that hints at its generous, ripe style. The nose is open and inviting, with aromas of yellow apple, pomelo, peach, butter, and toasted nuts, all lifted by a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, the wine is supple and layered, combining juicy fruit with a rounded, creamy texture and a clean, chalky freshness underneath. It feels both full and precise, with enough structure to age gracefully for a few years and develop even more complexity.

Production
Les Perriers comes from a single vineyard parcel in the village of Chasselas, in the Saint-Véran appellation of southern Burgundy. The vineyard sits on a mix of clay topsoil and stony limestone deeper down, a combination that gives the wine both breadth and tension, with the clay bringing depth and the limestone adding freshness and mineral backbone.

Food & Serving
This is a wine that shines with roast chicken, creamy poultry dishes, veal, shellfish, or rich fish like turbot and monkfish. Serve it at around 14°C in a generous Burgundy glass, and there is no need to decant unless you want to give it a little extra air before serving.
