Tasting Notes
Pale gold in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse, this Champagne immediately feels refined and luminous. The nose is delicate yet expressive, with notes of citrus peel, white flowers, green apple, fresh almond, and a subtle chalky minerality. On the palate, it is crisp and energetic, with a linear structure and excellent tension. Flavors of lemon, pear, crushed oyster shell, and brioche unfold over a dry, refreshing finish. Its balance and concentration suggest very good aging potential, allowing it to gain complexity over the next several years.

Made entirely from Chardonnay, this Extra Brut reflects the cool-climate finesse and chalk-driven character that define the best Blanc de Blancs from Champagne. An excellent match for oysters, scallops, sashimi, roast chicken, or delicate creamy cheeses. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8-10°C, and decanting is not recommended; simply open shortly before serving to preserve its fine mousse and aromatic lift.
