Production

The estate is known for meticulous vineyard management and careful hand harvesting, with vinification carried out parcel by parcel to preserve the character of each site before the final blend is assembled.

This wine pairs beautifully with dishes such as grilled beef, roast lamb, venison, truffle pasta, and aged hard cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C for the best expression of its aromatics and structure; decanting for 1–2 hours is recommended, especially when enjoyed young.
