On the palate, Blank Stare is generous and vibrant, with lively acidity balancing rich fruit concentration. The fruit is harvested to capture bright acidity and expressive varietal character, while 30% of the must is fermented in oak barrels to add texture, depth, and subtle complexity without overshadowing the wine’s fruit-driven core.
