As an NV wine, it is crafted to deliver a consistent house style, with vinification likely focused on preserving richness, balance, and the wine’s distinctive dessert character.

Food & Serving
Serve lightly chilled, around 10–12°C, to keep the sweetness fresh and the aromatics lively. It pairs beautifully with fruit-based desserts, crème brûlée, almond tart, and hard cheeses, and can also be enjoyed on its own as a decadent after-dinner wine. Decanting is not necessary.
