Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a clean, luminous pale straw color. The nose is fresh and inviting, with aromas of green apple, lime and lemon lifted by riper notes of pomelo, yellow apple and a delicate hint of honey. On the palate, it is vibrant and focused, balancing crisp citrus and orchard fruit with a rounded mid-palate that gives the wine real dimension. The finish is smooth and elegant, making it enjoyable now while still offering a little room to develop short-term complexity over the next few years.

Production
Naudin Tiercin is based in Burgundy, where the family name traces back to 1742 in Meursanges and later merged with the Tiercin family through marriage. The wine reflects the region’s classic Chardonnay style, shaped by Burgundy’s cool climate and limestone-influenced soils, which help preserve freshness and finesse. It is made to emphasize purity, balance and a clear expression of the grape rather than overt oak or heavy winemaking.

Food & Serving
This is an easy and versatile food wine, especially suited to baked fish, roast chicken, seafood, creamy poultry dishes and simple vegetable preparations. Serve it well chilled, around 8-10°C, and decanting is not necessary.

Naudin Tiercin is the result of two old Burgundian wine families coming together, with roots that reach back over two centuries. The estate’s history began with Nicolas Naudin in 1742 and continued under Jean Baptiste Naudin in the mid-19th century before the Naudin and Tiercin names were united. Today, the producer is known for delivering a traditional, classically styled Burgundy that has found its way beyond local markets to wine lovers and restaurants around the world.
