Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep, vibrant ruby color. The nose opens with ripe cherry, warming spice, and a touch of sweet vanilla from oak aging, giving the wine both familiarity and lift. On the palate, it is beautifully structured yet supple, with fine-grained tannins and integrated acidity carrying the mature fruit through a long, poised finish. The overall impression is balanced, graceful, and immediately engaging, with enough structure to develop further over the next few years.

Production
The vineyards are located in the northernmost part of Ribera del Duero, where sandy soils and a slightly milder climate help preserve freshness and encourage a more restrained, elegant style. The Tempranillo grapes were fermented in stainless steel using native yeasts to retain purity and regional identity, then matured for 9-10 months in 100% new oak barrels, split between 60% American and 40% French oak.

Food & Serving
This wine pairs especially well with grilled lamb, roast pork, beef dishes, cured meats, and aged Spanish cheeses. Serve it at around 16-18°C; decanting for 30-45 minutes is recommended to allow the aromas to open and the oak to integrate more fully.
