Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for roasted lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, game, truffle dishes and mature hard cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant for at least 1–2 hours if drinking now to allow the bouquet to open and the tannins to soften.
