Moser Trento Rosè Extra Brut is an elegant Trento DOC sparkling wine made entirely from Pinot Noir, offering the refinement of the classic method with the freshness and precision that define Trentino’s best sparkling wines. Crafted by the Moser family, who have been dedicated to quality winemaking in Trentino since 1979, this rosé combines delicate fruit character, fine structure, and extended lees aging for a wine of real depth and finesse.

Tasting Notes
Pale pink in the glass, this Extra Brut rosé opens with a complex nose of red berries, ripe fruit, and subtle toasted notes. On the palate it is crisp and juicy, with a refined mousse, excellent freshness, and a long, persistent finish that gives it both elegance and energy. Thanks to its minimum 36 months of bottle aging on selected lees, the wine gains layered complexity while keeping its bright, vibrant style. It is beautifully balanced now, yet has the structure to remain impressive over the next few years.

Production
Made in Trentino-Alto Adige from 100% hand-harvested Pinot Noir, this wine reflects the cool-climate character and mountain-influenced terroir of the region. The grapes are carefully selected before undergoing traditional method sparkling winemaking, followed by extended bottle aging on the lees for at least 36 months, which builds texture, nuance, and aromatic complexity.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at 6–8°C, ideally as an aperitif or alongside delicate dishes such as seafood, sushi, shellfish, light poultry, or refined vegetable-based plates. Decanting is not recommended; simply open gently and enjoy its fine bubbles and aromatic precision.
