Moser Trento Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is a refined, non-dosed sparkling wine that showcases Chardonnay in its purest form. Crafted in the Trento DOC style, it combines bright freshness, elegant minerality, and the precision of the classic method, making it a standout expression of Trentino-Alto Adige’s sparkling wine tradition.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it presents a fine, persistent mousse and a bright straw-yellow colour with lively reflections. The bouquet is expressive and inviting, with notes of toasted bread, butter, and fresh almonds, lifted by crisp citrus and a clear mineral edge. On the palate, it is vibrant and linear, with a generous yet focused texture that balances freshness with depth. The Brut Nature style keeps the profile pure and dry, finishing with a pleasant almond note and excellent clarity. While already highly expressive, it should also continue to develop added complexity over the next few years.

Production
Made from 100% Chardonnay and vinified according to the traditional method, this sparkling wine reflects the cool climate and mineral-rich soils of Trentino-Alto Adige. The grapes are harvested with care to preserve freshness and acidity, then undergo a secondary fermentation in bottle, with no dosage added at disgorgement to preserve the wine’s natural precision and purity.

Food & Serving
Ideal with oysters, shellfish, sashimi, light seafood dishes, or delicate vegetarian plates where its freshness can shine. Serve well chilled, around 6–8°C, and there is no need for decanting—simply open and enjoy the wine’s crisp, detailed character.
