Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a radiant pink hue with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is expressive and inviting, with aromas of fresh red summer berries such as strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant, lifted by floral notes of rose and hawthorn and a subtle hint of spice. On the palate, it is lively yet rounded, opening with a juicy, fleshy feel before moving into a more structured, fruit-driven finish. A delicate touch of mint adds freshness to the aftertaste. This is a Champagne best enjoyed for its youthful charm, though it can hold its appeal for a few years in proper cellar conditions.

Rosé Impérial is made from a classic Champagne blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, sourced from vineyards across the Champagne region. The style reflects the cool-climate terroir of Champagne, where chalky soils and a long, slow ripening season help preserve freshness and finesse. Vinification is designed to emphasise bright fruit, balance and the house’s signature elegance.

Food & Serving
A versatile rosé Champagne, Rosé Impérial pairs beautifully with shellfish, fish and lighter meats such as chicken or veal. It is also excellent with salmon, sushi or refined berry-based desserts. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C; decanting is not necessary.
