Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright pink hue with subtle golden reflections, offering an immediately festive and polished appearance. The bouquet opens with wild strawberry, raspberry, and cherry, lifted by delicate floral notes and a hint of melon and white pepper. On the palate, the champagne is juicy, expressive, and finely textured, with redcurrant, ripe berries, and a silky mousse that feels both creamy and refreshing. A clean finish of mint, citrus, and mineral notes brings precision and energy, and while it is delicious now, it will be best enjoyed for its freshness and fruit-forward charm rather than long aging.

Production
This non-vintage rosé is built on the classic Rosé Impérial blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, with around 10% red wine added to deepen color and intensify fruit expression. Pinot Noir provides structure and warm red-fruit aromas, Meunier adds roundness and softness, while Chardonnay brings finesse and floral lift, all shaped by the chalk-rich terroir of Champagne.

Food & Serving
Ideal as an aperitif, this Champagne also pairs beautifully with sushi, smoked fish, light poultry dishes, red berries, and delicate desserts such as raspberry tart or macarons. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not recommended; simply open and enjoy its fresh, lively style.
