Miclo Distillateur Liquoriste’s Crème de Pêche de Vignes is a fragrant Alsatian peach liqueur made from wild peaches picked early for maximum freshness and brightness. Crafted with care and without artificial additives or coloring, it captures the delicate fruit character of the region in a style that has long been appreciated in French aperitif culture.

Tasting Notes
Pale golden in the glass, this liqueur has a silky, almost syrup-like texture and an inviting floral nose of fresh peach and white blossoms. On the palate it is bright and fruit-driven, with ripe peach sweetness balanced by a subtle, pleasant bitterness from the peach stones, giving it more lift and complexity than a simple sweet liqueur. The finish is smooth and aromatic, with enough freshness to keep it lively when served well chilled. While it is ready to enjoy now, its real appeal lies in its immediate, vibrant fruit expression rather than long-term aging.

Production
Made in Alsace, the peaches are harvested very early in the summer before full ripeness, preserving their fresh, delicate character. They are macerated in grape spirit for up to a year before water and sugar are added and the liqueur is filtered, resulting in a pure, natural expression of the fruit with no added color or additives.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled, ideally from the refrigerator after opening, either on its own as an aperitif or mixed with dry sparkling wine in a classic 1:5 Crème de Pêche to sparkling wine ratio. It also works beautifully in a Bellini or as a flavor boost in compotes and chutneys, especially alongside foie gras, terrines, and pâtés.
