Crafted entirely from Merlot and shaped by careful hand-harvesting and French oak aging, it offers the richness and polish that have made Napa Valley Merlot a classic reference point for the variety.

Tasting Notes
Deep and inviting in the glass, this Merlot shows a rich, polished profile with layers of cocoa, cranberry, blackcurrant, and a bright hint of orange peel. The aroma is expressive and generous, while the palate is intense yet beautifully balanced by fine, ripe tannins. Silky in texture, it unfolds with mature dark fruit and impressive depth, finishing long and concentrated. The wine has the structure and fruit purity to age gracefully for several years, developing greater complexity with time in bottle.

Production
Made from 100% Merlot harvested by hand from top sites in southern Napa Valley, primarily Farella Park and Truchard Vineyard. The fruit comes from vineyards known for producing concentrated, elegant Merlot with excellent ripeness and structure. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 20 months in French oak barrels, 40% of which are new, and bottled ללא filtration to preserve maximum flavor and texture.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for a premium cut of beef, such as ribeye, filet mignon, or grilled sirloin. It also pairs well with roast lamb, braised short ribs, or mushroom-rich dishes. Serve at 16–18°C, and consider decanting for about 30–60 minutes to let the aromatics and texture open fully.
