Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows the classic granat-red hue of Nebbiolo, with color intensity that can vary subtly by vintage. The nose is lifted and refined, led by ripe raspberry and violet, with the first hints of the deeper, more savory aromas that Nebbiolo develops over time. On the palate, it is delicate yet complete, with a supple texture, bright freshness, and a harmonious balance that emphasizes perfume and precision over weight. Compared with Barolo, it is less structured, but its elegance is the true hallmark; with age, it can gain additional complexity and more Barolo-like secondary notes.

Production
This Langhe Nebbiolo comes from Piedmont, where the Nebbiolo grape thrives in the region’s cool climate and distinctive limestone-rich soils. The grapes are vinified with medium-length fermentation and maceration, typically 8–10 days, a method closely aligned with Barolo production, before ageing in traditional large oak casks for more than a year.
