Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass with a bright, youthful sheen. On the palate, the blend of Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay brings both richness and precision: ripe stone fruit and floral tones are balanced by zesty acidity and a clean, textured finish. It is a wine that can be enjoyed young for its freshness, though the magnum format may also support graceful short- to medium-term aging.

Sourced from the cool, limestone-rich hills of Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert in the Languedoc, the wine benefits from a terroir that helps preserve freshness and aromatic intensity.
