Tasting Notes
In the glass, this red typically shows a vivid ruby hue with youthful intensity. The nose is lifted and expressive, with notes of sour cherry, red berries, wild herbs, violet, and a subtle mineral edge that reflects its seaside origin. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and energetic, balancing juicy red fruit with fine tannins, fresh acidity, and a savory, almost saline finish. While enjoyable in its youth for its vibrancy and aromatics, it should also develop nicely over the next few years, gaining more complexity and softness.

Production
Sourced from the steep terraced vineyards of the Costa d’Amalfi, this wine reflects the region’s rugged volcanic and limestone-rich soils, along with the cooling influence of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The grapes are traditionally harvested by hand due to the extreme slopes, and vinification is aimed at preserving freshness, purity of fruit, and the natural character of the native varieties.
