Sourced from Chardonnay grown in the so-called “white areas” of Langhe d’Asti, the vineyards sit on predominantly limestone and marl-rich soils that contribute to the wine’s notable freshness and minerality. The cooler hillside exposures and significant diurnal shifts help preserve acidity and aromatic purity. Grapes are carefully hand-harvested to ensure optimal ripeness and careful selection of bunches. In the cellar, the base wine is vinified with a focus on clarity and precision, followed by a traditional method secondary fermentation in bottle. Extended aging on the lees builds texture, complexity and fine mousse, while the Pas Dosé style—bottled without any added dosage—allows the terroir and the natural balance of the vintage to speak clearly.
