Production
Santannella is crafted in Sicily from a thoughtful blend of Fiano and Chenin Blanc, combining a classic Mediterranean grape with a variety best known from the Loire. The grapes are grown in a warm climate tempered by coastal influences and mineral-rich soils, which help preserve freshness and aromatic definition. Careful harvesting and gentle vinification are used to protect the wine’s delicate floral and citrus character, resulting in a refined, balanced white wine.

Food & Serving
This wine pairs beautifully with grilled fish, shellfish, seafood pasta, light risottos, and vegetable-based dishes, as well as soft fresh cheeses. Serve chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, to preserve its aromatic lift and mineral freshness. Decanting is not necessary.
