Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a clear ruby-red color. Production
Hautes-Côtes-de-Nuits comes from the higher, cooler vineyards above the famous Côte de Nuits, where clay and limestone soils and south-facing exposure help preserve acidity while building aromatic clarity and finesse. The grapes are hand-harvested, fermented with care over a long period, and then aged in used oak barrels to support the wine without masking its fruit. It is bottled without fining or filtration to preserve the authenticity of the terroir.

This is a versatile Burgundy that pairs especially well with poultry, veal, roast chicken, and classic French dishes such as coq au vin or mushroom-based preparations.
