Tasting Notes
This rosé typically shows a pale, delicate salmon-pink hue, with a bright and inviting appearance in the glass. On the nose, expect clean aromas of fresh red berries, citrus zest, and subtle floral notes, all framed by a distinctly crisp, refreshing lift. Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C. It is a natural match for seafood, grilled fish, summer salads, fresh goat cheese, and Mediterranean dishes, and also works beautifully as an aperitif. Decanting is not necessary.
