Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass, this Sancerre opens with an inviting bouquet of elderflower, freshly cut grass, and green grape. The palate is vivid and energetic, driven by high natural acidity and a clean, focused fruit core that keeps the wine fresh and food-friendly. The finish is long and balanced, leaving bright, refreshing notes of fruit and citrus. Best enjoyed young for its youthful vibrancy, though it should hold nicely over the next few years.

Production
This wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, hand-harvested from tightly planted vineyards situated at around 240 meters above sea level on south and southwest-facing slopes. The elevated sites and sun exposure help develop concentration and aromatic intensity, while the dense planting encourages lower yields and greater flavor depth. The grapes are gently pressed in a pneumatic press, then fermented at low temperature to preserve the variety’s pure fruit and aromatic precision. The wine is aged for one year in tank before bottling.

Food & Serving
A natural match for light fish dishes, shellfish, and dry cheeses, this Sancerre also pairs beautifully with goat cheese, asparagus, and fresh salads. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C for the best expression of its freshness. Decanting is not necessary.
