Collection 247 opens with a bright, finely beaded mousse and a pale golden colour. The nose is expressive yet restrained, with notes of white flowers, citrus peel, green apple, fresh pear, and subtle toasted accents. On the palate, it is fresh, precise, and layered, with a creamy texture balanced by vibrant acidity and a clean mineral finish. The wine is built for early enjoyment, though it should hold nicely for a few years thanks to the house’s careful reserve wine selection and balanced structure.

Food & Serving
Excellent with oysters, sashimi, fried seafood, roast chicken, and delicate canapés, as well as soft cheeses and light poultry dishes. Serve chilled at 8-10°C, and decanting is not recommended; simply open and enjoy in well-chosen Champagne glasses or tulip-shaped flutes.
