Produced in Rioja from a blend of 65% Tempranillo, 25% Garnacha and Graciano, Viña Cubillo reflects López de Heredia’s famously traditional approach to winemaking. Food & Serving
This wine pairs beautifully with roast lamb, grilled meats, cured ham, mushroom dishes and aged Manchego, where its savoury complexity can really shine. Serve it slightly below room temperature, around 16–18°C, and decanting is recommended if you want to open up its aromatic depth and soften any youthful structure.
