Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass with bright green reflections, this wine immediately signals freshness and clarity. The bouquet is elegant and expressive, with notes of white flowers, citrus peel, green apple, ripe pear, and a subtle herbal edge, followed by a mineral nuance that reflects its origin. On the palate, it is crisp and lively, combining the roundness and gentle almond tone of Friulano with the aromatic brightness of Sauvignon Blanc and the fine tension of Riesling. The grapes are carefully selected to preserve the balance and identity of each variety, then vinified with a focus on purity, finesse, and expressive fruit rather than heavy oak influence.

This wine pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish, risotto, grilled white fish, sushi, vegetable antipasti, and lighter poultry dishes. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C; decanting is not necessary, but opening the bottle a short time before serving can help the aromas open up further.
