Les Valentines Côtes de Provence Rosé 2024 is a beautifully balanced, silky Provence rosé that captures everything lovers of the style look for: freshness, elegance and effortless charm. Made from a classic blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, it offers a refined take on the region’s long-standing rosé tradition.

Tasting Notes
Pale salmon in the glass, it opens with an inviting bouquet of white peach, freshly picked strawberries, orange zest and a delicate hint of rose garden florals. On the palate it feels lightly creamy yet very fresh, with juicy summer berries, bright stone fruit, watermelon and a touch of grapefruit framed by floral and mineral nuances. The acidity is well integrated, giving the wine both lift and balance, while the texture adds a soft, polished feel. Best enjoyed young for its vibrant fruit and aromatic precision, though it should hold its charm over the next 1-2 years.

Production
The grapes come from 40-year-old vines grown under fully organic farming practices in Provence. A short skin contact at low temperature is used to draw out freshness, finesse and subtle color while preserving the wine’s aromatic clarity and elegant structure.

Food & Serving
This rosé is made for warm days and relaxed entertaining, especially alongside a generous seafood platter, grilled prawns, oysters, mussels or light Mediterranean salads. Serve well chilled at around 8-10°C, and decanting is not necessary.

Les Valentines S.A.R.L. takes its name from the family’s two children, Valentin and Clémentine, a fitting symbol for a producer rooted in family spirit and careful craftsmanship. Based in Provence, the estate is known for organic viticulture and for producing expressive wines that reflect the freshness and sophistication of the region.
