The grapes are typically harvested plot by plot at optimal ripeness, with vinification focused on preserving purity, concentration, and the estate’s unmistakable sense of place.

Food & Serving
This wine pairs exceptionally well with roasted lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, game, and dishes with mushrooms or truffle. Serve at around 16-18°C and decant for about 1-2 hours if enjoyed now, especially to help the wine fully open and reveal its secondary aromas.
