Production
Langoa Barton is produced in Saint-Julien on Bordeaux’s Left Bank, where gravelly soils provide excellent drainage and help Cabernet Sauvignon achieve its hallmark finesse and structure, while Merlot and Cabernet Franc add roundness and aromatic lift. The grapes are carefully harvested and vinified parcel by parcel to preserve the character of each block, with traditional Bordeaux methods used to extract color, tannin, and purity while maintaining balance and elegance.

Food & Serving
This is an excellent match for roasted lamb, beef fillet, duck breast, game birds, or braised short ribs, as well as mushroom-based dishes and mature hard cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for 1–2 hours if opening young, to allow the wine’s aromatics and structure to open fully.
