Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a bright garnet hue with the translucent clarity Nebbiolo lovers expect. The nose is layered and refined, offering red cherry, raspberry, rose petal, dried herbs, and subtle spice, with hints of tar, licorice, and earthy complexity unfolding over time. The palate is structured yet graceful, with vivid acidity, fine-grained tannins, and a long, mineral-driven finish. While already impressive for its perfume and balance, this wine is built for aging and will reward cellaring as the tannins soften and tertiary notes of truffle, leather, and dried flowers emerge.

Valeirano is a prized Barbaresco cru in Piemonte, where limestone- and marl-rich soils help Nebbiolo develop aromatic lift, tension, and finesse.
