Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows the refined brilliance expected of a long-aged Metodo Classico, with a persistent mousse and a polished, elegant profile. The nose is layered and expressive, with notes that evolve over time from fresh citrus and white flowers to more complex hints of brioche, almond, and mineral nuance. On the palate, it is structured, dry, and impressively intense, balancing freshness with creamy texture and a long, refined finish. The extended lees aging brings extra complexity and depth, giving the wine excellent aging potential and the ability to develop gracefully further in bottle.

Produced in Piemonte from Cortese grapes, this Millesimato Reserva comes only from standout harvests and is made using the traditional Metodo Classico. The long bottle aging, lasting at least 10 years on the lees, adds complexity, texture, and aromatic detail, while the slow evolution in bottle shapes a wine of notable precision and longevity.

Food & Serving
Ideal with fine seafood, shellfish, raw fish dishes, risotto, aged cheeses, and refined antipasti. Serve chilled at around 6–8°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, though a brief rest in the glass can help the wine open and reveal its full aromatic complexity.
