The estate benefits from a mild Bordeaux climate and carefully managed vineyards, with harvesting carried out by hand to ensure only the best fruit is selected. Vinification is traditionally precise, with lot-by-lot fermentation and aging in French oak barrels to preserve purity, structure, and aromatic detail.

This wine is an excellent match for roast lamb, beef fillet, game dishes, duck breast, and rich mushroom-based preparations. It also pairs beautifully with aged hard cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for 1–2 hours if drinking young, as this will help the wine open up and show its full aromatic range.
