Tasting Notes
Deep ruby to nearly opaque in the glass, this wine immediately signals concentration and depth. The nose is layered and expressive, with ripe plum, dried fruit, Mediterranean herbs, wild shrub notes, and a subtle spicy undertone that reflects its coastal origins. On the palate, it is full-bodied and generous, yet notably refined, with silky tannins and excellent balance. The wine finishes long and dynamic, with lingering warmth, savory complexity, and enough structure to develop beautifully over time.

Production
Made from Plavac Mali grown on steep, sun-drenched slopes on the Pelješac Peninsula in Dalmatia, where the combination of limestone soils, maritime influence, and intense Mediterranean sun shapes the grape’s signature style. The challenging hillside terrain encourages low yields and concentrated fruit, while careful harvesting and precise vinification help preserve the wine’s natural power, freshness, and aromatic complexity.

This is an ideal partner for rich Mediterranean dishes such as grilled lamb, slow-roasted beef, game, mature hard cheeses, and flavorful stews with herbs and olive oil. Serve at 16–18°C, and decant for about 30–60 minutes if possible to allow the aromas and texture to fully open.
