Tasting Notes
In the glass, the wine shows a clear, delicate salmon-pink color. The nose is bright and inviting, with aromas of fresh strawberry, raspberry, red currant, and subtle floral notes, lifted by hints of citrus and herbs. The palate is crisp and lively, with juicy red berry fruit, vibrant acidity, and a discreet mineral edge that gives the wine definition and tension. A light creamy texture adds balance through the mid-palate, while the finish is fresh, slightly saline, and very appetizing. Best enjoyed young for its vivid fruit and energy, though it should hold nicely over the next 1–2 years.

Production
The grapes come from older vines rooted in Sancerre’s chalk and flint-rich soils, which help give the wine its precise, mineral personality. The wine is made by direct pressing, a gentle method that preserves freshness and produces the wine’s classic pale salmon hue as well as its clean, focused fruit profile.

Food & Serving
This rosé is an excellent match for grilled fish, salmon, shellfish, summer salads, charcuterie, and light Mediterranean dishes. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
