Crafted from fruit grown on Sancerre’s renowned hillside terroirs, it combines bright, modern fruit with the region’s signature mineral finesse. Tasting Notes
In the glass, this wine shows a pale, luminous color that hints at its freshness and precision. The nose opens with green gooseberry, fresh herbs, and citrus, supported by a clean mineral edge that reflects its terroir. The palate is juicy and generous, with ripe fruit balanced by crisp acidity and a lightly creamy texture from six months on the lees. The finish is long, lively, and distinctly stony, giving the wine both energy and definition. It is best enjoyed young for its freshness, though it should hold its charm over the next few years.

Production
This Sancerre is made from Sauvignon Blanc sourced from some of the appellation’s most respected terroirs: Caillottes, Terres Blanches, and Silex. These hillside sites bring a natural tension between fruit, texture, and minerality, shaped by limestone, clay, and flint soils. The wine is fermented and aged entirely in stainless steel to preserve aromatic purity and the crisp, expressive character of the grape, with six months of lees contact adding subtle depth.

Food & Serving
Ideal as an aperitif, this Sancerre also pairs beautifully with oysters, lobster, and classic Loire Valley goat cheeses, especially Crottin de Chavignol. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C to highlight its freshness and mineral clarity. Decanting is not necessary, though a short rest in the glass can help its aromatics open up.
